PACEP Diversity Statement

The Pennsylvania College of Emergency Physicians (PACEP) strives to create and maintain a respectful and supportive environment in which to pursue our core areas of focus: leadership, advocacy for patients and public health, advocacy for Emergency Physicians, education, and advancement of the specialty of Emergency Medicine in the Commonwealth. Diversity is highly valued by PACEP and includes age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, and other unique characteristics of individuals. Diversity increases our understanding of those we serve, reduces disparities in growth and opportunity, and makes us a stronger organization.
