Amazing opportunity for an Emergency Medicine System Quality Director for Allegheny Health Network Neighborhood Hospitals! This position will oversee AHN Brentwood, Harmar, Hempfield, and McCandless Neighborhood Hospitals.
As an Emergency Medicine System Quality Director at AHNEMM/USACS, you will be responsible for providing overall medical education and clinical review to ensure adequate medical care of ED patients. Qualifications & Requirements
-Minimum one year of clinical experience, with emphasis on success or improvement in quality, process, outcomes and coordination of care
-Proven acumen / passion as it relates to Quality Improvement Process
-Additional course work as determined in Quality Management or Patient Safety
-Excellent verbal / written communication; skilled in presentation abilities; project management abilities
All four AHN Neighborhood Hospitals are State-of-the-art facilities, offering emergency, primary and specialty care. These Emergency Departments are fully-equipped, and staffed by board-certified EM physicians and support staff. Easy access and established transfer protocols to all Allegheny Health Network facilities for a full continuum of care via the AHN One-Call Program and Transfer Center. Open 24 hours a day; Epic EMR.

-24 hours of daily physician coverage
-8-10 hours of daily APP coverage
AHN Harmar ED
-ED Volume: 15,000
-8-10 bed ED
-24 hours of single physician coverage per day with 12-hour shifts
-8 hours of APP coverage per day
AHN Hempfield ED
-ED Volume: 19,000
-10 bed ED
-24 hours of single physician coverage per day with 12-hour shifts
-8 hours of APP coverage daily
AHN McCandless ED
-ED Volume: 10,000
-10 bed ED
-24 hours of single physician coverage per day with 12-hour shifts
